The 2013 Quality in Care Excellence in Oncology Awards are open to:
• All oncology healthcare professionals (e.g. surgeons, oncologists, haematologists, nurses, GPs, pharmacists, pathologists, dieticians, radiologists, psychologists and allied health professionals)
• Patient and professional associations and charities.
You may enter your team or your colleagues for an award. When entering someone else, please ensure that you obtain their consent for you to enter on their behalf.
Whatever your position, specialty or level of expertise, if you feel that your colleagues or your team stand out from their peers, you should enter by downloading the entry form.
Take a look at the categories to decide which ones are most appropriate for your entry. Judges are keen to review a wide spectrum of entries and recognise the good practice that we know is out there.
We welcome initiatives and programmes that were launched within the last few years.
Entry is not restricted to the UK.
If you are proud of the good work you are doing, help others by sharing your success and gain nationwide recognition for what you do.
The entry process is simple so entering will not take up too much time.
Option 1: Download an entry form and save to your computer. Complete your entry and, when finished, simply email your entry and supplementary materials to entry@qualityincare.org.
Option 2: Download the entry form and send by post to us, together with any supplementary materials, at:
