• Please complete the entry form carefully for EACH entry you submit
• Please read the entry checklist before completing your entry form
• Entry forms may be submitted as Word documents or PDF files
• Supporting information can be submitted as Word documents, PDF, Excel and jpeg files
• Please remember that electronic entries should be submitted before you send in hard copies of any supporting materials
