QiC Diabetes - Nomination categories open for entry, closing date 28 July, no entry fees

The programme rewards innovative practice by the NHS, patient and industry. A Quality in Care award means an initiative has been recognised by the NHS, patients and industry as improving the quality of life for people living with diabetes.

Quality in Care (QiC) Diabetes is open for entry and looking for examples of innovative practice by the NHS, charities, patients and industry.

The programme is now in its seventh year of recognising, rewarding and sharing innovative practice in diabetes management, education and services.

QiC Diabetes 2017 was officially launched earlier this month at a special symposium at the Diabetes UK Professional Conference in Manchester.

That event, which was chaired by Dr Parijat De from Sandwwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust, saw a number of award-winning case studies presented to over 100 conference delegates.
