She will be followed by Dr Mihirani Balapatabendi, a consultant paediatrician from Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust who will present on dedicated annual review clinics for children with type 1 diabetes.
Finally, Investing in Children CIC's project worker Chloe Brown will talk about expanding the Type 1 Kidz Project and its introduction of simple telehealth services.
Proceedings will then be wrapped up with a Q&A session moderated by consultant physician Dr De, himself recognised at QiC Diabetes 2016 as Diabetes Healthcare Professional of the Year.
