COVID-19 has changed the way care is delivered to people with long term conditions which is exemplified by the treatment of people with diabetes. The extraordinary work undertaken during the unprecedented pressure of COVID-19 will be reflected in the 2021 awards. We are therefore focusing QiC to recognise the transformation of services and care provision which has been undertaken in response to these unprecedented times.
