Self assessment tool by University Hospitals of Leicester

The self-assessment score (developed in collaboration with Diabetes UK) is the fi rst questionnaire-based tool developed for use within a multi-ethnic UK population. It has already received global recognition, having been completed by over 91,000 people. The Leicester Practice Risk score is an automated tool for ranking individuals at risk within a GP practice so that they can be targeted with screening strategies.
