The one-hour virtual symposium at will be chaired by Dr Paru King and will showcase innovation in practice, supporting better results for your patients, doing more with less. Each case study is presented as a narrated recording followed by a live Q&A with the speakers.
First up will be the case study Sustaining Improved Outcomes for Young Adults: The Liverpool Model by Liverpool University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (Royal Liverpool University Hospital) presented by Dr Reza Zaidi
He will be followed by Dr Abdul-Wahid Mohammad, who will present case study Cardiometabolic Care: A Pharmacist Run Diabetes Clinic in General Practice by The Paula Carr Diabetes Charitable Trust
Finally, Dr Tim Robbins will present Developing World-Class D&E Training: The Health Education West Midlands Model by Health Education West Midlands
Proceedings will then be wrapped up with a live Q&A session moderated by Dr Paru King followed by Siobhan Ford who will present How to Enter QiC Diabetes 2021
